YES…..we are open 24 hours a day and unlike other 24 hour Gym’s, we are also Staffed 24 hours a day. No need to worry about being at the Gym alone. Our Qualified Personal Trainers are on hand 24 hours a day.

Not everyone can work out at the times that are normally regulated so we have solved your dilemma. We are now open 24hrs from 5am Monday till 8pm Saturday and on Sunday we are open from 8am till 6pm. You will have access to the entire gym excluding our Pilates Studio. The club will be supervised at all times. You will be able to access the Weights area, Cardio equipment, Squash Courts and Showers. Breakfast is also available.
